The ProCab industrial acoustic protection is a Finnish innovation that offers a 18-20 dB reduction in the soundscape of industrial production facilities. It also opens up new possibilities in the space usage and design of factories or all kinds.
Simply put the ProCab is a protective structure that can be built on and around machinery. It consists of 14 mm thick smart modules with a steel surface. The modules can be combined to build precisely the size ans shape of protection the machinery and space require.
EASY TO RETROFIT
To enable fluent material flows the ProCab modules include a range of hatches and doors. The ProCab can be built around the machine either when it is being installed or retrofitted later when the need arises. The ProCab is integrated with the machine so it does not hinder use of or maintenance of the machine or equipment nor reduce the production eficiency. The enclosure is easy to install and the ProCab can be moved and adjusted when the production space layout or needs change.
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY
With the improved working conditions and added ease of space use planning, the ProCab’s goal is to improve productivity. The protection the enclosure offers to the macine itself helps to keep it clean.

VENTILATION INCLUDED
The ventilation of the production cell is designed with experts to meet client needs. The ventilation can be linked to an existing system, or it can function as a stand alone unit. The airtight structure prevents impurities from moving in or out.
